Film screening “Noch lange keine Lippizaner” (AT 2025, 91min)

Getting citizenship in Austria seems to be a struggle. It definitely is for director Olga Kosanović, who hasn’t been able to achieve citizenship although she was born and raised in Austria. In a newspaper someone commented her case with: “A cat littering in the Imperial Palace that doesn’t make them Lippizans.” A movie about belonging – and the director’s second attempt to (finally completely) belong.
